These Terms govern your use of the SimSim website and mobile application ("Service").

2. Beta and Development Status

SimSim is under active development. Features may change or be removed at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

All content (app, design, logo, code) belongs to SimSim App LLC.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute
• Reverse engineer
• Create derivative works

4. Subscription and Billing

SimSim offers Free and Pro plans.

• Payments are handled via:
  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play
• Subscription status is managed via RevenueCat
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Pricing may change with notice

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play

SimSim does not process refunds directly.

6. Account and Data

• You can cancel anytime
• Account reverts to Free plan after billing cycle
• Data may be deleted after 30 days
• You are responsible for exporting your data

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service unlawfully
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the app
• Scrape data
• Resell access

We may suspend accounts violating these rules.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur.

We are not liable for losses due to interruptions.

9. Expiry Alerts Disclaimer (VERY IMPORTANT)

SimSim provides notifications as a convenience tool.

We do not guarantee:

• All alerts will be delivered
• Alerts will be timely or accurate

Users are responsible for verifying expiry dates independently.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

SimSim App LLC is NOT liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Inventory loss
• Data loss
• Indirect or incidental damages

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Abuse or misuse is detected

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

State of New York, United States

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
