Subscriptions
SimSim comes in three plans: Free, Pro, and Business. Pro and Business are paid subscriptions that unlock more products and features. Here is how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for the Pro and Business plans.
How billing works
- The Pro and Business plans are purchased and billed through the App Store on iPhone and iPad, or Google Play on Android — not directly by SimSim.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can manage or turn off auto-renew anytime from your store account.
- Current plans and prices are shown inside the app before you confirm any purchase.
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel your Pro or Business subscription anytime. You keep your plan until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. After it ends, your account returns to the Free plan.
- iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select SimSim, then tap Cancel Subscription.
- Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select SimSim, and tap Cancel subscription.
Refunds
Refunds for the Pro and Business plans are issued by Apple or Google, not by SimSim, because billing is handled by the app stores.
- iPhone or iPad: request a refund from Apple using their Report a Problem page, sign in with your Apple Account, find your SimSim purchase, and choose a reason.
- Android: request a refund from Google through your Google Play order history, or contact Google Play support.
Charged in error? Email us at info@simsimtrack.com and we will help where we can, though final refund decisions are made by Apple and Google.
